How Headway works for providers

At Headway, Max specializes in partnering with mental healthcare providers to advise on how they can efficiently scale their practice, earn more, and increase access to quality care for those who need it. He has been working in the provider growth space since November of 2021, and is incredibly invested in Headway's mission to better shape America's behavioral healthcare landscape. Outside of working to improve mental healthcare access and affordability, Max enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling abroad, and spending time with friends and family.

Maclaine has been consulting mental healthcare providers on how to launch and scale their private practices through Headway since May 2023. She specializes in supporting psychiatric care professionals by aligning on their goals and providing the resources needed to build a sustainable practice. Outside of work, Maclaine enjoys pursuing hobbies like art, reading, and yoga.

Caley has been with Headway since April 2023, specializing in onboarding mental health care providers. As a consultant, Caley partners with therapists to understand their practice goals and ensures they have the tools and support needed to build a thriving practice with Headway.

At Headway, Bri specializes in partnering with mental healthcare providers to advise on how they can efficiently scale their practice, earn more, and increase access to quality care for those who need it. Since joining the team in July 2023, Bri has been deeply committed to supporting Headway's mission in more ways than one, contributing to efforts that shape a stronger, more accessible mental healthcare network. Outside of working to improve mental healthcare access, Bri enjoys soaking up the sun at the beach, pilates, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Jordyn specializes in working with group practices of all sizes that contain Psychiatric providers. She guides them through the process of onboarding, and works with them to efficiently scale their practice using Headway. Jordyn joined Headway in June of 2021 because she strongly aligns with Headway’s mission to make mental healthcare more accessible and affordable. Since then, she has worked with thousands of providers across all specialties during her time at Headway.

Lucy specializes in onboarding small group practices to help them reach their growth goals by minimizing their time spent on billing and admin work. Upon joining Headway in May of 2023, Lucy worked with individual providers and after a year she joined in building out Headway’s group practice team. When she is not working on building out a new mental healthcare system, she can be found at the dog park, trying a new restaurant, or at a run club!
